AVEX is a technology consultancy specializing in software development, design, artificial intelligence and digital infrastructure. We act as the controller of personal data processed through our website (avextec.com) and the services provided to our clients. Client data is retained for the contractual period plus applicable legal terms (generally 5 years for tax purposes). Data of unsuccessful candidates is deleted within 12 months, unless consent is given for a talent pool.

Under Art. 18 of the LGPD, you have the right to: confirm the existence of processing; access your data; correct incomplete or outdated data; request anonymization, blocking or deletion; obtain portability; be informed about sharing; withdraw consent at any time; file a complaint with Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD). 9. Information Security
We adopt technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or improper disclosure — including TLS encryption in transit, role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication. In the event of a relevant security incident, we will notify affected data subjects and the ANPD within legal deadlines.
